Licence summary

Solo

A personal, non-transferable licence for one person, with no expiry. Watch, print and use the materials for your own development, including the Participant Workbook for your personal use. Two files are made for sharing: you may share the Manager Conversation Guide with your own manager, and the Buddy Pack with one practice buddy. Everything else stays personal, so please don't share the other files or post the videos publicly. The Scripts add-on is licensed the same way.

Team Kit

A licence for one organisation (a single legal entity), with no expiry and no renewal fee. You may run the workshop in-house for up to 50 participants in any 12-month period and print the workbook and job aids for them. It is for internal use only: you may not deliver it to your clients. You may add your own logo and examples to the deck and guides for internal use; copyright notices stay on. No resale or sub-licensing. For more than 50 participants in any 12-month period, buy a second kit or talk to us about Enterprise.

Upgrading from Solo

Every Solo buyer can upgrade to the Team Kit with their Solo price credited, using the single-use code on their thank-you page.

Enterprise

An unlimited internal licence, plus the live delivery described in your order.

Services

The Live Kick-off includes a Team Kit licence on the terms above. The Call Audit and custom episode are delivered as described in your order.

Guarantee

If Room Ready doesn't change how a real meeting goes, ask within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. It covers every product and add-on; for live services, the 30 days start on the session date. Your statutory rights are unaffected. There are no conditions to meet first.

The animated characters, scripts and course design remain the property of Room Ready HQ. The Meeting Room characters and the company Lumen Freight are fictional.
